Charges
1. We provide free delivery during office hours (9am-6pm from Mon-Sat) with purchase of S$60 & above for the first delivery attempt.
2. For delivery outside office hours (9am-6pm), Sundays, Public Holidays and Public Holiday eve, there will be an additional surcharge. Please refer to the table above.
3. There will be no deliveries on Eve & first 3 days of Chinese New Year and Christmas Day.
4. Re-delivery, whether due to incorrect address provided or change of delivery location, will be charged accordingly based on the table above. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct.
Schedule
5. As our schedule differs daily, we are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time. Please provide at least a 3 hour range for delivery. We will, however, accommodate delivery at requested timing as far as possible.
6. Due to unforeseenable traffic conditions, FLOURIDEW will not be responsible for any delay in delivery.
7. Please place order at least 24hrs before delivery time.
Destinations
8. We only provide local delivery within main island of Singapore.
9. We do not deliver to the following restricted areas:
a. Airport restricted Areas
b. Army Camps
c. Jurong Island
d. PSA Ports
Peak Seasons
10. Peak periods normally falls on holiday seasons, festive or special occasions such as Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas and New Year's Day. As such, we will experience high order volumes during these periods, please place orders early (at least 1 week before) to ensure your orders are delivered on time.
11. During these periods, deliveries will be made according to our specific delivery schedules.
